 Paradise waits is located in Santa Teresa Costa Rica, 1.5 km from Malpais
Central. We are a 40 min. cab ride from the Tambor Regional airport located in
the Nicoya Peninsula. Paradise waits for you, in a house with 3 master suites
each with full walk in Italian marble & Blue Onyx Bathrooms. A Roman White
Granite Counter all high end commercial Kitchen. Situated on a quiet bay between
Mal Pais and Santa Teresa, you will enjoy many spices of birds, iguanas, and
monkeys as you make your way to the tidal pools located right out front of the
house. Phenomenal surf is located just a 5 min walk down the beach from the
house. There are miles of White sand beach to walk along while collecting shells or watching world class surfers’ rip thru epic surf. As you enjoy the remoteness of the natural costal surroundings, and see monkeys playing on the beach or Parrots roosting above you head. Our caretaker can direct you to some of our local waterfalls and nature hikes that make photos to remember. The 3 Suite estate has been newly renovated this season, the Home is truly spectacular it is an entertaining Dream home right on the beach. The Suites are all very large with sitting areas in each one of them. Two of the Suites have a king size bed and the third suite has 2 queens. The house has a large Lanai the wraps around ¾ of the house to allow each suite to have its own exit to the lanai and then to the beach. This estate is a nontraditional Spanish Hacienda with a wonderful open air feel and a 35 ft vaulted ceiling lined with wood that makes you know you’re in the tropics. The commercial high performance kitchen is set up for entertaining many. . Stainless steel appliances a Six burner Wolf Stove and a Subzero Fridge, for a true gourmet chef’s Kitchen. This Area of the Peninsula is famous for its international community of ex-patriots, who have found Santa Teresa Home to their dream. With the richness in mixing all these different cultures it truly brings world class art music and food together from around the world. In fact across the street is a 4 star restaurant Brisas Del Mar run by a couple one from Canada and the other from England. To the right about a 3 min walk from the estate is an Austrian man married to a Brazilian Chef they have created a femoral South American/Austrian fusion restaurant, called Ranch Ituana. At the far end of the beach own by suck rock is another 4 star Restaurant called Soma a Pacific Rim/costal fusion restaurant the Chef is from the states and his Partner is from France. This property is very unique for it is close to everything, yet private and secure. The caretaker is very knowledgeable & will be on hand to make your stay as comfortable as possible. And we invite you to enjoy a local tradition of bidding the sun adieu. At the end of everyday locals gather to watch the sunset at the beach.
